Invitation to the EGM of Nusasiri Public Company Limited Shareholders No. 1/2024
Thana Power Holding Company Limited (“TNH”), as a shareholder of Nusasiri Public Company Limited (the “Company”) holding 3,263,716,150 shares, representing 24.98% of the total issued shares, which is not less than 10 percent of the total number of shares sold by the Company.
TNH hereby request to exercise the rights according to Section 100 of the Public Company Act, to convene the Company’s Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders No. 1/2024 which will be held on 29 February 2024, at 10.00 hrs. via electronic means (e-Meeting), in accordance with the Public Company Act, the Emergency Decree on Electronic Meetings B.E. 2563 and other related regulations.
